Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and send a return.


To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and in original packaging. Please note that the return costs to our warehouse in Asia are for the customer.


To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jasirafashion.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your parcel and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if
the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during e.g. our Black Friday sale, Christmas sale, New Year's sale or end of season sale.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know if the refund has been authorised or not. If it has been authorised, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In the event of a dispute between the customer and the consumer regarding our products/services, the cost of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between the two parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
